SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your order number

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include shipping and tracking details. All orders are shipped from our facilities in Melbourne, Australia

All orders are typically shipped within one business day of the order being placed. We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, however shipping times may be impacted by order volumes and events outside of our control

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, for all Australian Domestic and International standard and express shipping

AUSTRALIA:

We offer complimentary standard shipping in Australia for all orders over $150 - orders under $150 are subject to a shipping fee of $9. Express shipping is available for an additional $14, which can be added during the checkout process

Shipping times:

• From dispatch, standard shipping times on orders to Australian major cities is approximately 2 - 8 business days. For express shipping, timing is approximately 1 - 4 business days
• For orders to rural areas, shipping times may be delayed, and may take up to approximately 7 days from dispatch for standard shipping, or 2 - 3 days for express shipping

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Outside of Australia we currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union.

We offer complimentary standard shipping for all international orders outside of Australia over AUD250. All international orders outside of Australia under AUD250 will incur a flat standard shipping fee of AUD60 (AUD40 for NZ). Express shipping is available for an additional AUD20, which can be added during the checkout process

Shipping times:

• From dispatch, standard shipping times on international orders outside of Australia is approximately 6 - 27 business days. For express shipping, timing is approximately 4 - 8 business days
• For orders placed to areas outside of major cities, shipping times may be delayed
  

International duties and taxes:

• Shipping costs that are charged for orders do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable when goods enter your region
• International orders outside of Australia may incur taxes and duties when they arrive in your region, and are the responsibility of the customer 
• If any taxes, duties or payments to customs are not made, and orders are returned to us, please contact us at service@bauclothing.com.au and we can organise to:
• refund your order, less any shipping and handling fees that have been incurred by us; or
• re-attempt delivery of your order, subject to additional international shipping fees being paid

PLEASE NOTE:

We are unable to ship to countries under United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions regimes and Australian autonomous sanctions regimes

For international orders outside of Australia, your order may take longer than the expected shipping time when going through customs, dependant on your country’s policies

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, or packages sent to the wrong address, and we are not responsible for refunding or replacing packages in these cases
